Shipping policy
Delivery times
We ship from Spain. Estimated delivery times, in business days from the moment you place your order are:
- Spain: 3-4 business days
- Europe (European Union countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway): 5-6 business days
- International: 10-15 business days
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost depends on your destination and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Free shipping
- Spain: orders of €50 or more.
- Europe and international: orders of €100 or more.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and international destinations) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country or the carrier. These charges are not included in the price or the shipping cost, are paid on delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s customs rules before ordering. If you return an order, duties and taxes paid on import are not refunded by us.
